Louise Howell
Oxtek Solutions
Louise joined Oxtek Solutions Pty Ltd April 2014. She has 22 years’ experience within the Trade and Protective Industrial Coatings paint industry before joining the Oxtek team. Throughout her career Louise has been involved with many large developments and projects spanning commercial, retail, residential and recreational. Louise will work closely with specifiers and her focus is to edify architects, builders, applicators and engineers about the advantages of concrete protection. National CPD (Continual Professional Development) presentations to Architects, Engineers & Builders Louise was invited to be one of the four speakers at Master Builder Seminars – Oxtek Presentation awards 3 CPD points for 1300 of the Master Builder Members that attended. On-Site training for new applicators which includes warranty application procedures and product application.

Mark Micallef
Hawa
Mark Micallef has over 15 years’ experience in technical sales and management roles in the Building industry working with some of Australia’s leading building materials manufacturers. Mark is an expert in acoustics, thermal comfort and indoor environmental quality, with formal training in Australia and abroad, and had been involved in a design and construction capacity on many of Australia’s largest building projects, including Barrangaroo, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Melbourne University School of Architecture, Eureka Tower and Melbourne 108. Mark holds an MBA from RMIT University and a Bachelors of Business (Marketing) from Victoria University, in addition to several formal and informal qualifications in building and construction-based subjects.

Jason Clarke
ASKIN
Jason has over 25 years’ experience within the architectural specification space across a broad range of projects and industry segments found across Australia. He is passionate about matching the right technical building materials with the architect's project specification requirements and budget for all building types and applications. He is experienced with providing solutions for Roofing, Facades, Acoustics, FRL and Interiors. Jason is experienced with delivering CPD’s, product presentations, project meetings and industry presentations. Jason’s experience as a qualified carpenter, compliments his meaningful engagement with architects, focusing on achieving their architectural intent and priorities with NCC & CodeMark compliant systems.

Kylie Robertson
ASKIN
Over the past twelve years, Kylie has accumulated experience in all phases of construction, from concept to completion, with a strong focus on design and compliance knowledge. Specifiers, influencers, builders and certifiers benefit from Kylie’s presentations as part of their overall education and continued professional development.

Jonny Hilditch
Oxtek Solutions
Jonny joined Oxtek Solutions Pty Ltd August 2021. Prior to joining the Oxtek team Jonny has 10 years’ experience within the concrete industry in both construction and remediation phases. He brings with him, exposure to an extensive and diverse range of projects, across a variety of market segments (Civil, Industrial, Mining, Resources, Commercial & Residential) and takes great pride in assisting project stakeholders in the delivery and achievement of successful outcomes. Jonny will be supporting distributors of the Oxtek range with sales and ongoing training for the representatives. Support builders & applicators with their projects throughout QLD. Ongoing training and technical support for Architects & Engineers On-Site training for new applicators which includes warranty application procedures and product application. Jonny’s Qualifications include: ACA/ACRA – Corrosion & Protection of Concrete Structures NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level 1 SSPC Concrete Coating Inspector Level 2

Clinton Norris
Hafele
Clinton Norris has over 15 years’ experience in technical sales and management roles in the Building industry working with some of the world’s leading building materials manufacturers and suppliers. Clinton’s experience spreads across commercial, residential, health and assisted living projects including SDA. Clinton has been involved in a design and construction capacity on many of Australia’s largest building projects, including Barrangaroo, Crown Construction Groups Portfolio , MLC refurbishment, Quay Quarter and Summer Housing projects. Clinton has formal and informal training and qualifications in building and construction-based subjects in both Australia and Europe.

George Abagi
Polytec
George Abagi is currently the National Specification Manager for Polytec and has been with the company for 13 years. George’s experience at Polytec includes Specification Development Manager, Architectural Product Manager, and National Specification Manager. Prior to joining the Polytec team, George was the General Manager of the Sydney Wardrobe Company. George also holds a Certificate 4 in Visual Arts, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons).
