Lee-Anne is the founder of IN2 Architectural Products, in2aplearning and Bella Garden Horticultural Services where she spent years shaping spaces. A former building material consultant based in Melbourne, Lee - known affectionately by colleagues and peers - has worked with multinational and international manufactures and collaborated closely with Australian architects, designers and building consultants. Her guiding philosophy is clear: we must build with the planet in mind, not against it. Lee boasts over 35 years of experience in the landscaping/sustainable gardening and building product industries. Lee began her journey in landscaping and gardening, gaining knowledge of the land before branching out into more extensive environmental endeavours. Since her transition to motherhood, her commitment has been even stronger; ensuring the planet's safety has become a personal commitment—central to all her efforts. She believes that small daily decisions lead to real change, and her commitment to conservation and sustainability drives her.
